Know me

My name is Marisa Samper, an expert in gastronomy.I started my adventure in a restaurant in Guadalajara in 2000.Since then, a passion from cooking grew on me, and after that I decided to improve my skills as a chef, so I started a course in the prestigious college of “ Le Cordon Bleu “ in Madrid. I am also an expert in vegetarian food because I did a master program in vegetarian and vegan food in the prestigious college of Ana Moreno in Madrid.
Since that, I had the honor to work in the renowned catering “The Cook” by Silvia Lodares and with one of the best pastry chef in Madrid Isabela Muro. 
These experiences in the haute cuisine, have allowed me to develop my creativity and hope and push me to start my new adventure with “ la Casita de Ubi “.
I offer a service as a private chef at home for private parties and special occasions. I help you to make your party not just to impress but also to  be unforgettable.
The  experience is based in French, Mediteranean, Vegetarian and Vegan cuisine, with a range of flavours based on the traditional slow cooking like our grandmothers, menus a la carte… 
The use of  local grow products and sometimes organic make us different.
And,  if your interest is to learn how to cook and impress your guests, I also give private classes or group classes with a maximum of 4 people. I teach you the basic knowledge for daily recipes and If you are more challenging I teach you basic techniques in haute cuisine. It  doesn´t matter what your knowledge is, even if you are a beginner, I adapt my classes to your demand, so, shall we cook together?.
